Dayna Hein, DPT
Dayna earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Concordia University in 2009. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology as well. Dayna has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, traumatic brain injury and geriatrics. She enjoys getting to know her patients and learning about their life experiences. Dayna is committed to patient centered care, making sure that patient needs and goals are the first priority.
Lexi Barian, MS, CCC-SLP
Lexi earned a Bachelors Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders and is a 2012 graduate of UW-Whitewater with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She currently treats children and adults in all areas of speech pathology, including dysphasia, cognition, articulation, language, voice, dysarthria, aphasia, and fluency. Lexi has a special interest in the areas of autism, American Sign Language, and voice treatment.
Tammy Peterson, PTA
Tammy is a 2011 graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College with an Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her background includes acute, sub-acute, long term and home care settings with an emphasis on the adult population. Tammy finds it rewarding to help individuals recover from a stroke as well as those diagnosed with other cognitive, neurological, and muscular disorders.
Tammy Zyduk, PTA
Tammy is a 1995 graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College’s physical therapy assistant program. She provides PT to adults in a variety of settings, with emphasis on geriatrics. Tammy currently treats older adults in their homes, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. She also teaches group exercise classes for seniors who want to keep active. Tammy has worked with her colleagues to create a Falls Prevention Program designed to minimize the risk of falls in the older adult population. She finds it very rewarding to help seniors remain as independent as possible and to improve their quality of life.
Janice Hansen, OT
Janice graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has 15 years of experience working as a Behavioral Health Occupational Therapist. She has worked with patients to maximize their ability to function and live in the least restrictive environment possible. Janice also has 10 years of experience working in Sub-Acute rehab. She believes that her extensive experience in both arenas allows her to see her patients from a holistic perspective and that empowering a person to believe in their capabilities is a major component toward physical healing through therapy.
Sherilyn Weinert, PT
Sherilyn graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has experience with intensive and comprehensive Physical Therapy within the Houston Medical Center, as well as the Harris County Department of Education for school aged children and young adults. Sherilyn also has experience with orthopedic, neurological, and burn patients.
